No data protection officer has been appointed, as according to our current assessment there is no legal obligation to do so.

General principles of processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, handle your enquiries, ensure technical security or improve our offering, or where you have consented to processing.

Depending on the processing activity, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent.
  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures.
  • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with legal obligations.
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — protection of legitimate interests, provided that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms do not override them.

When information is stored on or read from your end device, for example through cookies or comparable browser storage technologies such as local storage, the provisions of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz, TDDDG) also apply. Where storage or access is not technically necessary, this takes place only with your consent pursuant to Section 25(1) TDDDG. Technically necessary storage takes place on the basis of Section 25(2) TDDDG.

Your rights as a data subject

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the following rights vis-à-vis us:

  • Right of access to the data processed about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR).
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR).
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR).
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
  • Right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
  • Right to withdraw consent granted with effect for the future.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

A list of data protection supervisory authorities can be found here.

Data erasure and storage period

We delete personal data as soon as the purpose of the processing no longer applies and there are no statutory retention periods or other legitimate reasons for further storage. Where statutory retention obligations exist, processing is restricted accordingly.

As a rule, we retain contact and contractual communication only for as long as this is necessary to handle your request. Where this results in a business relationship or where statutory retention obligations apply, commercial and business letters as well as tax-relevant documents may be stored for longer in accordance with the statutory periods.

Recipients, processors and transfers to third countries

We disclose personal data only if this is permitted by law, you have consented, we are legally obliged to do so or this is necessary to protect legitimate interests. Where necessary, we bind service providers who process personal data on our behalf by a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

This website and the email mailboxes are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich. In this context, connection data, server log data and email content may be processed by ALL-INKL.COM as the hosting and email service provider.

Personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area only if the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are met, for example through an adequacy decision by the European Commission, standard contractual clauses or explicit consent.

Provision of the website and hosting

When you access our website, technically necessary connection data is processed so that the website can be delivered, operated in a stable manner and protected against attacks. This may include in particular the following data:

  • accessed domain and URL,
  • date and time of access,
  • amount of data transferred,
  • referrer information,
  • browser and operating-system information or user agent,
  • IP address.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure, stable and error-free website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where our hosting or infrastructure service provider processes personal data on our behalf in this context, this is done on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Server log data is stored only for as long as this is necessary for operation, security and error analysis. The specific storage period depends on the settings and standard retention periods of the hosting environment used at ALL-INKL.COM. Where possible, IP addresses are shortened or processed anonymously.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address line begins with “https://”.

Contact options

Contact form

If you use our contact form, we process the data you enter, in particular your name, email address, telephone number, subject, message, company or organisation and, where applicable, any other information you voluntarily provide. In addition, technical data is processed for the security and traceability of the enquiry, in particular IP address, time of the enquiry and user agent of the browser used.

Processing is carried out to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding or performing a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The mandatory fields of the contact form are required so that we can handle and respond to your enquiry. Optional information is voluntary. The data submitted via the contact form is forwarded to us by email and stored in the email mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM. As a rule, it is not passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to process your enquiry, required by law or you have consented. Please do not submit particularly confidential information or special categories of personal data via the contact form unless this is necessary for your enquiry.

Contact by email and telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the personal data you provide in order to handle your request and communicate with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the communication serves the implementation of pre-contractual or contractual measures; otherwise it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Emails are received and stored via the mailboxes hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. In the case of unencrypted communication by email, complete data security during transmission cannot be guaranteed.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website may use cookies and comparable browser storage technologies such as local storage. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device. Local storage makes it possible to store settings locally in your browser.

Through our consent banner, you can select categories requiring consent and change or withdraw your decision at any time with effect for the future. Storing your consent decision is technically necessary so that your selection can be taken into account on further page views.

1. Necessary cookies and necessary browser storage

Necessary cookies and necessary browser storage are required for the operation of the website or for functions expressly requested by you. This includes in particular storing your cookie settings as well as security- and function-related settings. Processing is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

2. Functional storage

Functional storage enables more convenient use of the website, for example by saving display or operating settings. This may also include settings from the accessibility module. Where this storage is not technically necessary, it takes place only on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG.

3. Statistics

Statistical reach measurement takes place only if you enable the “Statistics” category via the consent banner. We currently do not use third-party analytics cookies for this purpose. Reach measurement for this website is carried out exclusively via local, cookie-free server statistics (see “Local cookie-free reach measurement”).

4. Marketing

Marketing cookies or comparable tracking technologies would be used to measure the effectiveness of advertising measures or to display personalised content. Such use currently takes place only if corresponding technologies have been technically integrated and approved by you via the consent banner. The legal basis would be Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG.

Services and functions used

Google Fonts (local hosting)

We use Google Fonts for the uniform display of fonts. The fonts are integrated locally on our server. When the website is accessed, no connection to Google servers is established.

If you consent to the “Statistics” category, we use a self-operated, local reach measurement system to evaluate the use of our website in aggregated form and to improve our offering technically and in terms of content. In particular, the following data is processed:

  • pages accessed and times of access,
  • clicks on correspondingly marked buttons and completed contact enquiries,
  • referrer host,
  • UTM parameters, if they are included in the URL,
  • device class and bot/crawler classification derived from the user agent,
  • language/region signals from the browser language,
  • time zone,
  • technical website performance values, in particular loading times, visual stability and interaction delays.

The technical performance values help us identify display and performance issues on the website. They are processed only together with the URL accessed, the device class and the daily changing pseudonymous session identifier.

The IP address is not stored in plain text in the statistics database. It is shortened or anonymised on the server side and processed together with technical browser data and a server-side salt to create a pseudonymous session identifier that changes daily. This identifier is used exclusively to statistically summarise page views within one day. Recognition across multiple days or across other websites does not take place.

The data is processed exclusively on our own server or in our own hosting environment at ALL-INKL.COM, is not transmitted to analytics service providers or other third parties, and is deleted after 90 days at the latest. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Since no cookies are set for this purpose and no information is stored on or read from your end device for analytics purposes, according to our assessment no additional consent pursuant to Section 25(1) TDDDG is required. If your browser has “Do Not Track” enabled, this reach measurement is respected and no corresponding events are transmitted.

No automated decision-making

Automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, does not take place.

Updates to this privacy policy

We adapt this privacy policy when legal requirements, technical processes or our services change. The version current at the time of your next visit applies.
